Unable to send MMS without enabling mobile data.

Hello,
Two weeks ago, I changed my phone. Before, I had the Samsung Galaxy Ace 4. Now I've taken my father's Samsung Galaxy J5. With my old phone, I had no problem sending MMS, but with the new one, I have to constantly turn on "mobile data", otherwise the MMS cannot be sent. I would like to know what to do to send messages without activating "mobile data". Thank you in advance to those who will reply!

You just need to go to mobile data Settings
In APN there are internet and MMS
You need to enter internet (the one that is checked by default)
Scroll down the menu and find the line internet + mms.
There you need to click on it and keep only MMS
Once validated, only MMS will use data.
So 0 consumption.
