Receive MMS without activating mobile data

Hello, as you read in the title, I have to enable mobile data to receive my MMS, unlike my old phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 running Android 5.0. I would like, as with the old one, not to have to turn on mobile data, which eats into the little internet allowance I have (the 50MB of the Free 2€ plan).
How do I do that? Thank you in advance.

    See my config without activating the data, it activates and deactivates automatically during sending.
