B200 ERROR for CANON PIXMA MG5350

Hello,
I have an error message on my CANON PIXMA MG5350 printer. I thought it was a problem with the print heads, I cleaned them but the printer isn't working and I'm still getting the same error message. I'm worried that the counter might be stuck. Can you help me and guide me on the steps to unblock it? Thank you for your help.
