Hello,

following this error code 1403 that is poisoning me, I have followed the different cleaning tips for the printhead and have resigned myself to buying a new one that I just received. After installing it, to my dismay, the code is still there. What can I do? Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
    I think tomtom8498 wants to talk about a new print head.
    Try to clean the gold contacts well: risk of corrosion.
    One last thing to try:

    Remove the cartridges
    Remove the print head
    Restart the printer
    Reinstall the print head and the cartridges
