Macoque: undelivered order Larevolte Company (Reuil Malmaison)

I had a chat online at macoque.com. I bought a case (Galaxy S5) about three weeks ago. I was charged on 24/08 by Larevolte Rueil Malmaison (after checking my account statement). I had clearly provided my home address and I was at home the entire time. I was neither offered nor informed of a pick-up point... And I still haven't received anything...!
It only cost €9.89, but it's still frustrating not to know what's going on, wondering if I've been scammed...
Do you know this site?
Do you have any advice for me?

I think it depends on who at "Ma Coque" handles your request.
Ten days after ordering a case, I contacted them because my case hadn’t arrived, and I received a response that was robotic and lacked any politeness or explanation.
I then sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with this contempt for customers.
And I quickly received a very different response from the first, explaining that they must have reordered my product because they no longer had it in stock, while offering to send me another case quickly and completely free of charge to keep me waiting, which I refused for ecological principle reasons.
And I finally received my case, but with a week’s delay.
On the other hand, it sometimes happens that small items "get lost" with the carrier... This is very common, especially with the Post.
In their terms and conditions, it is stated to contact them if the delivery has not been made after 12 days, in order to initiate an investigation. You can contact them here https://www.macoque.com/contactez-nous
If nothing happens, it's best to send a letter by registered mail and indicate that you will contact the local judge if they do not take action to deliver to you or refund you.
