Hello, since my iPhone is locked, I can't turn it off or do anything else with it. Since it is completely useless to me, I would like to use another phone, for which I need to be able to remove my SIM card to put it in the new phone.
So my question is, can I remove the SIM card from my powered-on iPhone without worry, or is it better to wait until it's dead (battery) to do so? Knowing that it's stuck in battery saver mode...

Thank you in advance.

Hello, press the Home and Power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds and release them simultaneously; this forces the iPhone to shut down.
You can then safely remove the SIM.
