Hello,
I'm here seeking help because I can't get my touchpad to work on my Acer Aspire E15 511P for the past few days. I've tried restoring the PC (without deleting my files), resetting the BIOS settings, and reinstalling the drivers but nothing works. I've also noticed that the time on the PC is incorrect, I have a one-hour advance. Could there be a connection?
Best regards.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 84.0.522.44

hi
press the Windows+R keys
in the window that opens, type devmgmt.msc and click OK
check if you have any alerts in the device manager (? or /!\) yellow
post a screenshot of your device manager --> click here
I've also noticed that the PC time is wrong, I'm an hour ahead
set the time in the BIOS and restart the PC
if the time stays correct (no change), that's OK
if the time goes off, you'll need to change the BIOS battery on the motherboard
