    I don't know Djezzy, but it looks like the APNs are not configured correctly.
    I suggest you configure your phone following the requirements of your operator: http://www.djezzy.dz/guide-de-configuration/

      Thank you for your interest, I just called Djezzy, and I was told that I would need to proceed with the renewal of the SIM card in general.
