Winrar won't uninstall

Winrar won't uninstall, it asks for administrator rights, but I am an administrator. How can I force the uninstallation?

    Hello Ozix94

    To uninstall a stubborn program like WinRAR
    1-either in "Programs and Features"
    2-or go to C:>Programs> WinRAR and click on Uninstall.ex
    3-or with the help of CCleaner (Tools, select WinRAR and Uninstall)
    4-or using Revo Uninstaller
    5-or you can reinstall the same version of WinRAR that is already installed
    and repeat the previous steps.

      It's the first one, so parameters and features, WinRAR wasn't there but other software was there even though they were supposed to be deleted, thanks again.

    restart your computer in safe mode, and you should normally be able to delete it without any problem
