Hello,

I bought a Wi-Fi repeater for my Freebox Revolution (devolo 500) and in the manual, it says to press the button on the router to synchronize them. The connection works perfectly, the repeaters work very well, but the network name and password are not the same...

That's why you need to press this famous button to synchronize everything, but I can't find it on my Freebox...

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 48.0

    There's none

    Anyway, it wouldn't be used to synchronize network names or passwords

    It's used to connect a client (PC, tablet, or other) to a Wi-Fi access point without needing to enter the security key

      it's clearly stated black and white in the manual, I'd like to know how to make the network name and the password the same ^^

      I finally found, at least partially, the software in question, which is not mentioned anywhere; I found it online, with no instructions. After several searches, I managed to synchronize them, but the problem is that the network going through the devolos is called free_EXT, and the freebox network is called free...

      However, it's impossible to pair the two, so I end up with 2 networks that I don't know how to merge... because there’s no WPS button on the free..

      I’ve seen that there could be a story about freeplugs, but the forums don't mention it, or if they do, it's not very clear.

      Another problem arises; I no longer have a remote control for the freebox TV. I downloaded an app on iPad, but the freebox TV no longer detects the app (or vice versa), so there’s no way to pair the iPad to the free... Another issue is that the screen indicates: Association with the freebox server in progress for hours...

      In short, it must be simple, but I’m completely lost...
