WampServer 3.0.4 : Impossible d'installer Visual C++ 2015

Bonjour,
J'ai récemment changer de PC, j'ai donc voulu réinstaller Wamp Server sur mon nouveau, comme sur mon ancien (Les 2 sont sous Win 7 pro, 64 bits). Seulement, depuis la version de Wamp a changée et désormais, il est expliqué au début de l'installateur qu'il est nécessaire d'installer avant Wamp Server :

"Les paquetages Microsoft Visual Studio VC9, VC10 et VC11 [qui] sont impérativement requis pour Wampserver 2.4, 2.5 et 3.0 même si vous n'utilisez que des versions Apache et PHP VC11. Les paquetages Microsoft Visual Studio VC13 et VC14 [qui] sont indispensables pour Apache 2.4.17 et PHP 7.

Vérifiez que vous êtes « à jour » dans les packages redistribuables VC9, VC10, VC11, VC13 et VC14
Même si vous pensez être à jour, installez en tant qu'administrateur et si message "Déjà installé", validez Réparer.

J'ai réussi à installer sans soucis les paquetages VC9, 10, 11 et 13, et à chaque fois les versions x86 et 64, mais je n'arrive à installer ni l'un ni l'autre des paquetages VC14. Quand je les installe, ils semblent ne jamais finir de s'installer alors que les précédents étaient très rapides, ealors j'annule puis je relance, je sélectionne cette fois "réparer" car l'installateur détecte une version erronée déjà présente, et là j'ai presque aussitôt le message d'erreur suivant :

"Le programme d'installation à échoué en raison d'un ou plusieurs problèmes. Corrigez ces problèmes, puis relancez le programme d'installation. Pour plus d'informations consultez le fichier journal.

Sauf que je n'ai rien d'autre de lancé en même temps. Et cela se produit à l'identique pour les 2 vrsions (x86 et 64) du paquetage VC14. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, merci d'avance car je suis dans une impasse.
