I'm unable to print in color with my Mac.

Hello,
I have a MacBook Pro OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5 for about 2 years. And for 2 years I still can't print in color. My printer is a HP PhotoSmart 64680. I have other computers at home (which are PCs) that work very well (they print in color). Do I need to install a software?
Is my printer too old for my Mac?
Or is there an issue with my Mac?

    Hello,

    I assume you meant to write C4680? If so, it is indeed compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, so if you have installed the driver for your OS X 10.10, you shouldn't have any issues, except for the settings on your Mac when you want to print. You might have a N/B box checked by mistake, be sure to check that.

      You go to this page: https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/selfservice/HP-Photosmart-C4600-All-in-One-Printer-series/3739148/model/3739149, you choose the drivers for your OS X 10.10, you download them, you will have one or more files, depending on your choice, with the .dmg extension, either on your desktop or in your downloads folder, depending on what you selected in your browser, Safari or otherwise.
      You double-click on the file(s) to open them and follow the installation instructions.
      In principle, you should restart your Mac once the installation is complete (you will receive a message).
      After restarting, go to the Apple menu/System Preferences/Printers and, if your printer does not appear in the list, add it by clicking on the + sign (plus).
