Hello,

I have a Samsung laptop and I've tried everything regarding the comments left before me: I've used all possible combinations with Fn+ (F1-F2-F3... F12), and I've tried looking in the control panel but I can't find it. If anyone could help me, thanks in advance.

Hello,

What does the Wi-Fi indicator on your computer say, or at the bottom right? Disabled? Not working? Reporting a problem? Please give us as many details as possible.

In the bottom right, there is an icon that symbolizes a computer screen and an ethernet cable crossed out with a red "X." I am therefore prompted to look for problems: I click "OK" and am told to check the ethernet cable connection to the livebox. But I want to connect wirelessly to my livebox.

First, check if your Wi-Fi card is working.

In the Device Manager.
Right-click on My Computer >> Properties >> Hardware tab

My network card is working. But the network controller seems to have a problem because a panel with an exclamation mark appears in front of the network controller icon.

Well, we're making progress, even though I'm not an expert on this. Uh, the network controller doesn't ring a bell for me. However, there's already a topic here about it

And again there.

Thank you very much anyway.
I'll take a look at it tomorrow and let you know if it worked, thanks again.

Best regards, The man who is struggling quite a bit at the moment.
