Hello,
We have the same issue, unable to turn off the audio description.
Even going into the audio language menu -> function unavailable...
And when I press AD/SUBT -> function also unavailable.
I don't know what to do anymore, it's a Samsung TV too.

Hi.
Do you happen to know the model of your Samsung TV?
Otherwise, someone had the same issue, which was resolved thanks to this response: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-26754599-comment-enlever-l-audiodescription-pour-non-voyant#4
