Disabling closed captions on Philips 24 PFL TV

I went to fix the television 24 PFL 2908 H/12 of an elderly person.
I activated the "hearing impaired" mode and cannot turn it off.
When I re-enter this function, just like before, the normal function is not offered to me at all.
Even cutting off the power to the TV, the function remains in memory!
A dozen unsuccessful attempts.
Could someone with this model of television help me? Thank you.

    You need to go to the "menu" sound and select either "mono" or "stereo"
    now, in principle, it should return to normal
