Disable audio description on LG TV

Hello,
My TV is an LG connected to my Freebox and Canal Plus satellite
For a few weeks now, during a movie, I have the voice-over describing all the actions and gestures of the actors!!! It's very annoying and unpleasant
Unfortunately, I can't disable this option

    Good evening,
    On your TV remote, you should have a button labeled "AD" that activates or deactivates the audio description (for me, it's at the bottom, in the middle)

      Hello, I press the AD button, "stop" appears on the screen... and then? When I select "ok" nothing changes...
