Hello,

For printing one of my visuals, the printer is asking for a turn white of 10mm. I've never been asked for this before, and I've been searching for an hour on search engines to find a simple and reliable definition!

I'm calling on your knowledge, what is a turn white? Is it an inner or outer margin? In short, I need help please!

Hello,
Bleed : this refers to the edge between the printed elements and the non-printed edge of the document. This bleed helps facilitate the trimming to the final size.
