Convert an RGB InDesign document to CMYK

Hello,

I can't seem to convert an RGB InDesign document to CMYK.
In "Print the booklet," under "Output," the color in CMYK mode is unavailable (for printing in color separations).
What should I do?

    The conversion from RGB to CMYK is done by the PDF conversion engine.

    From the "Notebook Print" window at the bottom in the print settings, you can specify the conversion profile (color management).

    You cannot print directly in color separation from the "Print Notebook" option... you go through a PDF file or directly via a RIP (inRIP separation).
