Hello
My document is 67 pages long; but when I insert the page numbering, starting from page 27, the numbers on the other pages are different, for example, after page 27, the next page is numbered 9 and after that the numbers no longer follow consecutively.

Hello TBT2000,
you probably have a section break at the end of page 26 and maybe others further along in your document. They are represented by a double dotted line if you display formatting marks by clicking the ¶ icon in the [Home] tab.
To have continuous numbering:
- click on page 27
- go to the [Insert] tab | "Page Number"
- click on "Format Page Numbers"
- check "Continue from the previous section"
You may need to repeat this process in each section where the numbering is incorrect.
