Hello, I need to change my Samsung soon and I want to know if it's possible to keep my Candy Crush and other game levels?

For the other two, if you connect your Gmail account to sync and then log in on the new phone, there shouldn't be any loss of progress.
As for Juce Jam... not much option except having a Facebook account, I think.
