Repair TOMTOM SD card full Europe

Hello,
I wanted to update my TOMTOM full Europe SD card ref. 25920 0705 R but after a mishap I still have the 4 .000 files but my card is not recognized in my Renault. Can you help me fix it? I'm leaving for vacation in 2 days! Thank you

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

    Hello,
    The best thing to do in this situation is to go to a Renault garage and tell them that your card isn't working in your vehicle; they may be able to perform the update.

      Have you tried to trigger an update again?
      Did you keep a backup before the update? Maybe you can restore the old version...

      Usually, you have a little TOMTOM software on your PC, you plug in your card and it prompts you to update it.
      Otherwise, you should try checking the my-renault website which allows you to get this software. They also have support available; I think they will be more competent than me to help you.

    and follow the instructions.

    It is very reckless to manipulate without making a backup.
