Enable the numeric keypad on startup of the PC

Hello everyone.
To reactivate the numeric keypad at startup of the PC (Windows 10 Home), you need to change the value of InitialKeyboardIndicators in the registry (from 2147483648 to 2).
However, my PC shows: Unable to modify: error writing new content to the value. Did I make a mistake? Can this problem be fixed?

      In fact, they didn't put it in; it needs to be brought up to the "Hub."

      There was the anniversary update, I thought it would fix the numpad issue but actually it didn't..
