Hello, I have a problem, my Apple earphones are not working anymore. The right side works but the left side doesn't work anymore. Please, a solution is urgent, thank you in advance.

There aren't really any solutions... Try them on several different sources to see if the problem really lies with the earbuds. If so, unless you have the skills to disassemble and repair them (if you did, I don't think you would have come to ask the question here), you can throw them away.
Apple earbuds are still low-end earbuds....
Just make sure that your source is properly distributing the audio balance to both earbuds.
