Hello,
I have an HP COMPAQ 6710B and after scanning my hard drive which has 15,913 hours on the clock with CrystalDiskInfo, it tells me that I have 5,702,158 reallocated sectors.
Is this serious?
Thank you for your responses.

maxime2585, hello,
O_o The numbers we see reported on the S.M.A.R.T. are in hexadecimal format and need to be converted to decimal. Is that correct?
Indeed, the Reallocated sector count and Current pending sector are critical parameters. When the values of these parameters start to increase and you observe changes in the values with each check... then there would be a real issue.
Reallocated sectors are the bad sectors.
By the way, would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of the S.M.A.R.T. values here, please :) Make sure that the screenshot does not contain any personal data (hard drive serial number, for example) before posting it here. I would like to see the reported indicators.
I hope you have backups of your important content on other storage devices as well. If you haven't done so yet, I advise you to get one.
Is the PC (or the hard drive) still under warranty?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
