Hello, I am working with Word 2015 for Mac (the ribbon is very different from the one that works under Windows). How can I vertically center a title on a page? With my thanks

Between PC and Mac, it's quite different. I found.
You need to go through File Layout
Center the text horizontally and highlight it
File
Layout
Select "Microsoft Word" instead of "Page Attributes"
Margins
Arrangement
Page Vertical alignment select "centered"
Apply to selected text
OK

Hello,

The following is for Word PC version.

You can center the text of a paragraph horizontally, but there is no option to center text vertically on the height of the page.

Here’s how to do it: right-click on your title text, then
in the context menu, select the option "Paragraph...": this opens the Paragraph window, where the 3rd box is "Spacing".

In the "Before" box, enter a number that represents the space
before the paragraph: 14cm, or 396.9pt (in centimeters or points).

Reminder: Height of an A4 sheet: 29.7 cm; 29.7 / 2 = 14.85
