BOOTMGR is missing

Bonjour je m'appelle hugo et j'ai besoin d'aide. Mon ordinateur portable (toshiba, windows 10) ne s'allume plus normalement, il y a un écran noir avec ecrit dessus "BOOTMGR is missing". J'ai deja regardé sur d'autre forum ou ils demande d'utiliser le disque d'installation de windows 7 mais il ne le lit pas.
