Card error on Fransat decoder

Hello, I just installed a Telefunken Fransat decoder and I can only see France 2, France 4, and France O; on the other channels, I get a message saying "card error."
Can someone help me?

    These channels, in particular, are broadcast in clear by Eutelsat 5WA, so no card is needed, or they support a poorly inserted Fransat card, upside down, malfunctioning... the opposite of the encrypted channels on 5°W.

      Thank you, but could the problem come from a poor alignment of the satellite dish?
