Hello,
For about a month now, I haven't been able to post an ad on the "le bon coin" website. I had been able to do so without any problems for several months, bumping up my ad to maximize my chances.
But recently, I no longer receive the confirmation email indicating that my ad is online, and my ad doesn't appear anywhere on the site. I have clicked on the link asking me to validate the ad each time, and I was told that my laptop would appear in the listings.
I have tried to contact the site staff to resolve the situation, but their so-called response within 24 hours has never come either.
I checked all my spam in my Gmail account, and "le bon coin" is not in there.
I also tried with another email address, but no results either, and the problem still lies at the moment of the confirmation email that does not arrive.
I also attempted from another PC with a different IP, but nothing works either.
I am starting to lose patience with this staff who seems to be looking at things passively and not trying to resolve anything. They haven't even had the decency to respond to my emails asking what to do and/or the reason(s) for my problem.

PS: I didn't find a section that perfectly corresponds to my request. So if a mod has a better idea of where to place my problem... ;)

Did you delete the old ad when you posted the new one?
Because the terms of service for Le Bon Coin say:
You must delete an old ad before inserting a new one related to the same item. You cannot have multiple instances of the same ad on the site simultaneously (in several departments or categories). A duplicate is only allowed by region if the advertiser has the stock and delivery capabilities necessary.
