Radeon R9 280X Graphics Card Issue

Hello,

I have a big problem with my graphics card (Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Boost 3GB).
I've had it since Christmas 2014, and it starts crashing when I play GTA V mainly. After about 15 minutes (sometimes 5 or even 50 minutes, but never more than an hour) of gameplay, my screen goes black with gray vertical lines, and there's a weird noise; I have to restart the computer. I don't understand because my drivers are up to date and the temperature while gaming is 73°C. Can anyone help me? Additionally, it didn't crash before, or at least very rarely, and with the same weird noise.
Thanks in advance

the graphics card that is defective,
the brand Sapphire has had issues with GPU chip soldering
temperature in game is 73°C no problem

the gtx 970 is on sale, good performance
254.90 euros on rue du commerce

Strange, I have had my graphics card (as well as my config) only since December 2014.

This is a cooling problem with your GPU, which is under thermal throttling. You need to change your GPU; 73°C is too high of an operating temperature.

No, I don't think so, because now I start GTA and after 5 minutes my PC crashes and the card hasn't had time to heat up. In fact, this week I've noticed that the playtime before crashing is getting shorter and shorter, and this happens on any game (for example: on a small Steam game, Orcs Must Die 2, I could play for 1.5 hours on Monday and now only 30 minutes, and I'm getting the same result on GTA V).

I would start by trying another mouse
to see if you have the same problem

You mean I should play with another mouse?

it is necessary to conduct the test (a path to eliminate)

      it can also become defective

for the test with another mouse, you won't have all the features of yours

It doesn't work, the computer crashes anyway and now, when my computer restarts, I have colored pixels appearing when the Windows logo shows up.

you should test it with another screen
especially if these pixels keep coming back every time it's turned on

The problem is that I have no other screen to test, or else I could test with my PS3 to see if it has the same issue?

It is possible that it is the drivers or that the graphics card is too dusty.
