Hello,
I forgot the parental code given during the installation of my Philips DSR 3231T TNT Satellite decoder.
Could you please let me know how to retrieve this code?

But did you change that code as suggested, or is it the original one?

When I installed the decoder, it asked me for a parental code to continue the installation, so I entered 4 digits, but which ones? I can't remember. Now I have a setting issue and it is asking me for the parental code. So for now, I've given up on the settings since I can't recall that damn code. But I would like to either recover it or change it, but I can't do that either without the previous one. Help, I'm going in circles...

Try your date of birth (day and month)
If you have access to the menu, perform a factory reset

Alas, that's what I thought at first, my date of birth, and well no, like an idiot, that's not it! I did think about the factory reset, but then I would have to cancel the entire installation of my TV channels... and that's no small problem, but I will probably end up doing that!
In any case, thank you very much for your responses.
