Tabulation problem with Word

Hello,
I have a problem with Word because the space key has been replaced by dots and symbols.
I think it’s because I clicked on the References tab and then on Citation and I don’t know how to fix it.
It’s the same issue for all the other Word documents on my computer.
There’s really an urgency.
Please help me

    Hello,

    This is the "show/hide formatting" parameter.

    This is done by clicking on the following symbol:

    This setting is not a problem since it only affects display, not printing.
