Hello, my black iPhone 4 turned off because it ran out of battery (which is normal for now), so I plugged it in, and as soon as I did, my phone turned on and then turned off about 30 seconds after the Apple logo appeared, and it keeps doing this while it's plugged in, but when I unplug it, it won't turn on again even if I press the home button or the power button; it still won't turn on. PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hello, your battery is probably dead. Normally, when an iPhone is turned off due to low battery and you plug in the charger, the iPhone displays the red battery symbol and then the screen turns off and remains off...

IF your iPhone doesn't show the red empty battery sign when you connect the charger, it means you need to replace it. In this case, the iPhone does turn on and shows the Apple logo, then turns off, turns back on with the Apple logo, and so on.
Don't insist on turning it back on or using the buttons, just have the battery replaced. IF you push it, the iPhone's iOS will lock up, display the iTunes + cable sign, and you'll have to restore it.

My iPhone shows no signs of a red battery, which means the battery is dead and needs to be replaced; however, a week ago I sent my iPhone for deoxidation because it came into contact with water and I even changed the screen, so it was like new. In any case, thank you for helping me.

Re, yes, if the iPhone does not display the battery symbol when you plug in the charging cable '(iPhone off) it means the battery is defective.
