Unable to connect to the BBox interface

Hello,
I just installed a Bouygues Box, and I can't connect to its management interface on my laptop (via 192.168.1.254), while two other computers in my household, as well as my phone, connect without any problem.
I'm entering the same address, I've tried directly via ethernet, I've disabled the antivirus, tried using several browsers, cleaned Firefox, but still nothing.
I am connected to the box, I have internet access.
If you have any idea...
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 47.0

The first thing to check is whether your laptop is receiving an IP address from the DHCP server of the BBox.
Plug in an RJ45 cable, restart your laptop, and in the command prompt, type the command: ipconfig /all
In the output, look at the IP address of the DHCP server and the IP address assigned to your laptop.

The DHCP server is indeed at 192.168.1.254
No proxy
IP address of the card in auto
PC IP address 192.168.1.88
So, still in the command prompt window, if you type: ping 192.168.1.254 you should get a response with no loss?
Do you have internet access from this machine?
The ping to the bbox is without loss (1 or 2 ms)
Just a quick test, I connected an external hard drive to the USB port of the box, we can access it from another PC but not from this PC (same for the box interface).

If I remember correctly, with Bouygues there is an instruction to enter in the browser's address bar... but have you tried entering the IP address directly? (192.168.2.254) without anything else?
And always the same result.
