Question

Bonjour, je viens vers vous car j' ai un souci, je joue à hearsthorne et depuis une mise à jour d' avril 2016 je n' arrive plus à lancer le jeu, cela m' indique : 
"- Failed to initialize Direct3D.

-Votre système ne répond pas aux conditions requises pour cette mise à jour.
La mise à jour a été annulée.(9997)

Bonjour, celui ci est pris en charge, c' est celui que j' ai volontairement désinstaller, car une foi installer je redémarre l' ordi et j' ai le droit à : 
- Input signal out of range. Change settings to (1680x1050 -60Hz). 
Je redémarre donc en mode sans échec et je n' ai pas du tout la possibilité de passer à cette résolution.. 
Je me retrouve donc à re supprimer le g33/g31 pour que mon pc puisse démarrer..
