Hello,
I just bought a new tower, but when I connect the monitor with the VGA cable, the screen keeps displaying a message as if it’s not receiving any VGA signal. Not being a pro in this matter, I must have forgotten something, or at least I hope so.

What should I do to get the monitor to display something?

    Hi

Select the corresponding input on the screen. (Just like you select the source on a TV)

You have a button for that.

Yes, that's done, but the screen keeps saying it is not receiving a VGA signal from the PC.

Do you only have one VGA output on the tower? (It's even surprising that you have one on a recent machine)

      What brand/model of tower?

      What brand/model of screen?
