Hello,
I have had my SFR voicemail for over 7 years and I would like to delete it, as it is unprofessional.
But I have already tried to modify it: without success, my old voicemail remains.
With some research, I tried the commands #002#, ##002#, once again without success, even though it is stated that the "setting (deactivation) was successful." However, the command ##002# was a failure.
Since the creation of my voicemail, I have changed my mobile several times.
I don't know if it's a problem with my voicemail or if I'm not using the right commands.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can enlighten me.
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 8.0

Hello,
Are you talking about mobile voicemail..?? And are you still with SFR??
I think you need to go to the SFR website, log in, and go to your personal space; there are plenty of settings for voicemail...

By default, your answering machine is in "answering-recorder" mode, meaning your callers are informed that you are not available and can leave you a message.
However, you can choose to activate the non-recorder answering function. Your callers will then be informed that you are not available but will not be able to leave a message.
To allow or prohibit the deposit of voice messages on your answering machine:
1. Dial 123 on your mobile keyboard, then press the * key;
2. Press the 3 key, then the 6 key;
3. Press the 1 key to confirm.
