    This file has the description Adobe Download Manager. It is an executable file. You can find it running in the Task Manager as the process readerdc_fr_ha_install.exe.

      Thank you. Ugh, I still don't know what's causing my problem (when I turn it on, I have to press F8 to access Windows and it's super slow...)
