Hello, let me explain my problem. I ordered an iPhone 5c on the Cdiscount website from the seller "phoneAndphone" on 05/31/2016 and I have a deadline of 10 days, so between 06/01/2016 and 06/10/2016. However, two days before the end of the deadline, it still hasn’t been shipped and I haven't heard anything. I'm starting to have questions. Have you ever had this experience?

      The order can be shipped tomorrow, in a week, or even in a month.
      I don't know where your 10-day timeframe comes from...

      Hello, I ordered something on Cdiscount, I paid in 4 installments and it has been validated, but I ordered since Friday and it still hasn't been shipped. Is that normal or not? Does that mean I won't receive my package by Friday?
