Hello,

Windows 10 was just installed on my PC without my permission!....

Also, there are problems with my printer. I can no longer do scans, nor access its features. I managed to print, but couldn't set the parameters I wanted.

I tried to reinstall the drivers from the original CD, and it failed.

What should I do?

Hello
  • check if there are drivers for W10 on the Epson website
  • revert to the old windows, valid for 30 days
  • buy a new printer

Hello
I have a problem too since I got W10, I have a new dialog box that opens when I want to print. The print preview is good, but when the printing is finished, the sheet is shifted to the right!!!
