hello,
First, manually photocopy a colored magazine cover using the printer buttons... How is the result?
Do the nozzle check that's in the Epson menu... it should produce four parallelogram shapes in "staircase" on the top of the page.
One is black, the other blue, then yellow, and then red... Each step of the staircase corresponds to a nozzle... if it's missing, the nozzle is clogged.
Is your driver correct for this printer and also under Windows 7?
From which application do you claim that the black is not printing?
