Virus-porn tablet

Good evening everyone,

Recently, friends lent me their tablet so I could try to repair it, but to no avail...
I tried the classic reinstallation of android in the settings, Hard Reset, clearing cache data cookies... Nothing works
It runs on Android, and numerous intrusive windows keep popping up, making the tablet unusable... Often pornographic content apps, silly games... That install themselves without consent, hundreds of pop-ups, sometimes impossible to close, basically I don’t know what to try

Would anyone have an idea? besides recycling?
