Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you with a little problem, I have the CIEL software on one PC, is it possible to transfer this software to another PC in a way that I do not lose my license and can continue to use my accounting data?
The PC on which CIEL is installed no longer turns on; however, I have taken out the hard drive and connected it to an external reader, I have access to all the data, but I would like to recover my CIEL software as well.
Is this possible? If so, what steps should I follow?
Thank you in advance for your participation.

Good evening,
If you purchased it, you should normally have the installation CD with the license number or an email confirming your purchase with the download link and the license number.
Otherwise, you can contact them here https://www.ciel.com/contact.aspx
As you are registered with them, they will be able to provide you with this information again.
Best regards.

So I will try to contact them and see how to reinstall the software on the new PC.
I was hoping to avoid this by copying certain folders for example... but the best thing is to go through them directly.
I will come back here if they ask me to pay for a new license in case someone has the solution.
Thanks again.
