Toshiba TV stuck

Hello,
My TV is not responding anymore, I pressed all the buttons on the remote but to no avail, I even changed the batteries and nothing works, it stays stuck, however the buttons on the TV do work. What should I do?

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 43.0.2357.93

    Hello,
    Try unplugging the power cord, wait for fifteen minutes, and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, perform a reset (factory settings) but you will have to redo the entire setup.
