Stuck ear tip and headset mode activated

Hello, I need help, indeed, I will explain the problem.

Three days ago, I broke my headphone jack while it was plugged into my phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Plus).
As a result, part of the jack got stuck in the port, and no matter how much I tried with glue, rubber bands, toothpicks, or needles, it's impossible to get it out. Please, I would like a solution.

Second problem:
Because of this accident, my phone stays in headphone mode, and it’s really annoying for calls because I have to use speakerphone, which is frustrating. If anyone has a solution to turn off headphone mode and restore normal phone sound without removing the stuck piece, please help me.
