IPTV that works on 4G and not on Wi-Fi

Hello everyone, I got myself an IPTV subscription to watch satellite channels without a satellite dish. My problem is that it doesn't work on Wi-Fi at home, but when I test it on my smartphone using 4G, it works. I don't understand why. I disabled the firewalls, antivirus, etc., and nothing works. I need help, please.

Which box are you using exactly?
