Unable to play my videos on my iPhone

Hello,
I've had an iPhone 5 for a year, and for the past few days, I can no longer watch my old videos. When I look at old photos (from a year ago), there's a logo with an exclamation mark in the bottom right corner. As for my videos, they load but don't play. I still have space on my iPhone as I have 2.2GB left. I hope your responses will help me, and have a great day! ;)
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 9.0
