Hello, I have an old ACER (from 2009) that is still running.
After a damaged boot sector issue, I changed the hard drive and replaced it with an SSD without cloning the initial drive, which was no longer readable under Windows (but was under Ubuntu).
The problem is that I no longer have the original recovery CDs from ACER, I lost them. I installed my system (W10) without any issues and gradually reinstalled all my software.
The issue is that in the device manager I have a "coprocessor" device for which the driver is not installed.
I searched on the ACER website but my serial number seems to be too old, there is nothing available. Does anyone have this driver?
Summary of my configuration:
System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 215
Technology: Regor 45nm
Motherboard:
Acer WMCP78M (Socket AM2)

I've had a co-processor for years and I've never figured out what it's for, and my PC has always worked fine.
So don't worry about that.

Thank you for your responses, I will try the suggested motherboard driver, and if it doesn't work, too bad since it seems there are no consequences...
