Joomla, Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10

Bonjour,

Je voulais installer Joomla, en local, pour essayer.
J'ai installé MAMP en parallèle.
Et je me retrouve bloquée devant cette phrase "Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.10 or higher to run this version of Joomla!"
J'ai lu qu'on pouvait changer le fichier htaccess.txt, mais je n'ai pas encore réussi...

Pouvez-vous m'y aider pour que Joomla marche enfin ?

Je suis pas sûre que ce soit lié, mais sur ma version de MAMP, je peux cocher dans préférence, PHP, 5.3.5.
Mais y'a pas de 5.3.10.
