No black print on hp 6520

Hello,
suddenly my HP 6510 printer stopped printing in black for no reason, I cleaned the print heads and it prints a quality diagnostic (the title quality diagnostic appears correctly on the sheet !!!!) but the column reserved for black remains white, not even a trace.... and the other columns are colored correctly
I changed the cartridge and it's still the same
if I scan the black document I want to print and then I print it, it comes out in gray-blue but not in black
I don’t understand anything about the reset explained by HP support can you help me please

    Hello.
    I think it comes from inside the printer itself; if you're handy, take it apart, otherwise consult a technician or someone else (if you have a friend who can help), avoid getting rid of it before having a diagnosis.
    I know I'm not being very helpful, but I'm doing the best I can!

        Go see a specialist, or wait for someone more knowledgeable than me in IT to explain how to do it :p

      I have exactly the same problem with the black after changing the cartridge, cleaning the heads, etc., etc. .. it's curious?? And only after 5 years. Could obsolescence be programmed this way - after 5/6 years?!!! And I am a teacher, not a printer repairman .. one solution only: buy a new one!

        Hello, a bit late in responding, I have the same issue. After changing the black cartridge, I can’t print in black anymore... I think the print head needs to be replaced. 30€ on Amazon or other sellers…
