Hello,

I would like to know if hadopie can locate me if I download videos using my phone's mobile data.

    From the moment you download, yes you can be tracked, of course. It’s the same with a phone as with a computer.

    PS: I’m not sure that the forum’s idea is to confirm whether it is possible for you to circumvent the law by any computational means, downloading is illegal, whatever system is used, afterwards it’s at your own risk and peril :)

      There is no relation to mobile data ...
      Mobile devices have Internet thanks to a big "modem" so which means modem implies an IP address and which means an IP address implies traces etc...

      And if I get caught with my computer and I receive a first warning email, but later I get caught with my phone I should also have a first warning since it’s not the same IP address, right?
